The Environmental Atlas of Slovenia is an environmental information system with spatial data from the areas of nature, environment, water, ground cover, climate, infrastructure and other data in the entire area of Slovenia. The database is an example of high quality and useful content, which is supported with comprehensive metadata descriptions. It provides basic information on position, content of environmental data and environmental phenomena to general public and expert services.
Varstvo gozdov Slovenije je spletni portal na katerem dostopamo do priročnika za ugotavljanje vzrokov poškodb drevja, edukativnega gradiva, poročil, podatkih o sanitarni sečnji, informacijah o karantenski škodljivi organizmi napovedi pojava škodljivih dejavnikov za gozd. S priročnikom lahko na različne načine poiščete povzročitelja poškodb drevja. Priročnik vsebuje opise povzročiteljev, njihovo biologijo, razširjenost, slikovno gradivo in drugo. Vsebuje tudi slovar strokovnih pojmov. V novicah so predstavljeni aktualni problemi v varstvu gozdov, opisi biotskih in abiotskih škodljivih dejavnikov za gozd in novosti iz področja varstva gozdov. Gradivo je razdeljeno na izobraževalno gradivo, poročila, sanitarni posek, izračun volumna dreves, predpisi, programi preiskav škodljivih organizmov rastlin, Boletus informaticus, Mikoteka GIS. Na portalu najdemo informacije o karantenskih škodljivih organizmih za gozd. Napovedi vsebujejo dnevne, kratkoročne in dolgoročne napovedi pojava škodljivih dejavnikov za gozd.

Forest Protection of Slovenia is a web portal where we access the manual for determining the causes of tree damage, educational materials, reports, data on sanitary felling, information on quarantine pests and predictions of the occurrence of harmful factors for the forest. You can use the manual to find the cause of tree damage in various ways. The manual contains descriptions of pathogens, their biology, distribution, pictorial material and more. It also contains a glossary of technical terms. The news presents current problems in forest protection, descriptions of biotic and abiotic harmful factors for the forest and innovations in the field of forest protection. The material is divided into educational material, reports, sanitary felling, calculation of tree volume, regulations, plant pest investigation programs, Boletus informaticus, Mikoteka GIS. The portal contains information on quarantine pests for the forest. Forecasts contain daily, short-term and long-term forecasts of the occurrence of harmful factors for the forest.

Repozitorij Sci Vie (izvira iz „Sciences de la Vie“) s svojimi gradivi s popolnoma odprtim dostopom omogoča učinkovitejšo uporabo in ponovno uporabo preteklih raziskav ter promocijo rezultatov raziskav, raziskovalcev in institucij. To lahko pomaga pri povečanju citatov in prepoznavnosti znanstvenih del, usposabljanju bodočih znanstvenikov za odprt dostop, povečanju števila potencialnih uporabnikov in širši javnosti na podlagi ugotovitev raziskav. Za vse partnerje obstajajo trije osnovni nameni: deponiranje člankov v skladu z založniško politiko in s tem izpolnitev zahteve za politike odprtega dostopa v Evropski uniji; to se doseže na podlagi informacij, ki jih posreduje spletno mesto SHERPA / RoMEO; za objavo novih publikacij sodelujočih institucij v odprtem dostopu in za arhiviranje stare in digitalizirane literature. S temi dejavnostmi želimo omogočiti uporabo in ponovno uporabo novega in starega raziskovalnega gradiva, ki sicer ne bi bilo dostopno, in podpiramo napredek na področju gozdarskih raziskav in razvoja.
The SciVie repository (derived from ‘Sciences de la Vie’) with its fully open access materials, provides more efficient use and re-use of past research and the promotion of research results, researchers and institutions. This may help in increasing citations and recognition of scientific works, training future scientists for open access, increasing the number of potential users and giving the general public the opportunity to improve their lives based on research findings. For all partners there are three basic purposes:-to deposit articles according to the publisher’s policy and therefore meet the request for Open Access Policies in the European Union; this is accomplished based on the information mediated by the SHERPA/RoMEO website;-to publish new publications by participating institutions in open access, and-to archive old and digitalized literature. With these activities we aim to enable the use and re-use of new and old research materials that might otherwise not be readily accessible, and we there by support the advancement of forest research and development.

LPN so bili ustanovljeni za zaščito redkih, ogroženih vrst divjadi in prosto živečih vrst ter njihovih življenjskih prostorov, za izvajanje številnih javnih funkcij in znanstvenih raziskav na področju upravljanja divjadi in nekaterih zaščitenih vrst prosto živečih živali in njihovih habitatov. Poslanstvo LPN se uresničuje z naravnim in trajnostnim upravljanjem divjadi in njihovih habitatov. Pomemben del vizije je razvoj in širjenje znanja o divjadi in drugih divjih živalih. LPNs have been established for the protection of rare, endangered species of game and wildlife species, and their habitats, for the purpose of implementation of a number of public functions and scientific research in the field of management of game and certain of the protected wildlife species, and their habitats. LPN‘s mission is being realized with a natural and sustainable management of game and their habitats. An important part of our vision is the development and expansion of knowledge about the game and other wildlife. New knowledge is obtained within a number of research projects and by monitoring of wildlife. Knowledge about the management of game and wildlife is expanding through cooperation with domestic and foreign educational institutions.
Boletus informaticus je javen informacijski sistem za beleženje in kartiranje vrst gliv v Sloveniji. Sestavljajo ga osrednja podatkovna zbirka gliv v Sloveniji, spletna, mobilna in namizna aplikacija ter Mikoteka in herbarij Gozdarskega inštituta Slovenije. Informacijski sistem Boletus informaticus je rezultat sodelovanja med Gozdarskim inštitutom Slovenije, Mikološko zvezo Slovenije in Inštitutom za sistematiko višjih gliv.
