For this call for proposals, companies and cooperatives belonging to the SMEs category, for the construction, modernization and extension of production or service facilities, endowment with tangible, intangible assets, including on-line trading tools, may be eligible for financing.
SMEs and companies from urban areas with non-agricultural activity, with minimum 1 year operating history, its overall objective is to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local communities and by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure and services for the sustainable development of the regions so that they can effectively manage their resources and capitalize on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress.
