Measure 8: Investments in forest area development and improvement of the viability of forests. Sub-measure 8.3: Support for prevention of damage to forests from forest fires, natural disasters and catastrophic events

The sub-measure provides financial support to cover the cost occasioned by the creation of protective infrastructures for prevention and monitoring of damage to forests from forest fires, natural
disasters including plant disease and catastrophic events due to climate change. The purpose is to preserve forest ecosystems, improve their functionality and guarantee public safety.
