Granting, on a non-competitive basis, of subsidies intended to facilitate the financing of industrial research projects, experimental development and/or feasibility studies, for the creation or improvement, from a technological point of view, of production processes and/or specific products, carried out by companies in work centres in Castile-Leon. The projects are generally covered by Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (D.O.U.E. of 26/06/2014), excluding projects of this type established in Article 1 of that regulation. INDIVIDUAL projects, if already started, will benefit from Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid (D.O.U.E. of 24/12/2013), excluding sectors excluded by that Regulation. The actions of the projects must be able to be framed in any of the following typologies:
a) Fundamental research.
b) Industrial research.
c) Experimental development.
d) Feasibility study.
