The call for proposal aims to support the creation and the consolidation of enterprises to go beyond the start-up phase, the difficulties that enterprises meet to access to other technological development, to transfer knowledge and acquire high qualified personnel. These are the common level of criticity to al the new enterprises in the initial and conoslidation phase, especially if we talk about enterprises with innovative character.
