Granting, on a non-competitive basis, of subsidies intended to facilitate the financing of industrial research projects, experimental development and/or feasibility studies, for the creation or improvement, from a technological point of view, of production processes and/or specific products, carried out by companies in work centres in Castile-Leon. The projects are generally covered by Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (D.O.U.E.

The granting of subsidies to finance projects for the creation of new technological and scientific capacities linked to endogenous resources, or to the development of new materials of industrial interest through support for technology centres in the Community of Castille and Leon.
